Delivery -
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery to most areas. 3 weeks for remotes areas. (Sent by registered mail). If faster delivery is required, please contact us.
Postage and Handling -
$9 per order under $150. FREE for orders over $150. All packages are sent via registered mail. For security, a signature is required on receipt of the goods.
Exchanges -
We gladly exchange with proof of purchase within 14 days (sorry, no refunds) only in the below situations -
Goods supplied to the customer from I Do Dzynz are faulty
Goods supplied to the customer from I Do Dzynz are different size, style or colour to what was ordered.
Personalised goods have been supplied with spelling different to what was ordered.
We do not exchange if:
The customer changes their mind.
Goods have been damaged or soiled by inappropriate use.
A garment does not fit (sizing measurements are supplied for your convenience).

Wash per instructions on label.
Do not iron print.
